Twitter May Add an Edit Feature, CEO Jack Dorsey Says

“Perhaps we present a 5-30 minutes delay in the sending of conversation and inside that window, it is possible to edit since the matter with moving longer than this is it requires that real time nature of the conversational flow from it,” 9To5Mac quoted Twitter chief executive officer (CEO) Jack Dorsey as stating at a podcast interview on Saturday.

On the site lacks the attribute, Dorsey said the platform was constructed on the SMS format of text messaging.

“After you send a text, then you can not take it backagain. If you ship a tweet, it belongs to the entire world immediately. You can not take it back”

Dorsey first addressed the prospect of incorporating an edit feature to tweets in December 2016, depending on the Twitterati’s suggestions.

Twitter was lately testing a brand new attribute on Android that places news reports on peak of the deadline to help users keep up with what’s going on across the world.
