Wireless Power Consortium has listed a new Moto Qi wireless charging pad, and the round-shaped device was first spotted by tipster Roland Quandt. This charging pad has an LED charging indicator, a non-slip base, and a soft non-slip surface as well. It’s recorded to be a 10W charging pad, plus also this list tips that future devices may support wireless charging. Considering that the norm, we’d expect Motorola to introduce the new wireless charging attribute on one of its flagship devices first, which explains the reason we anticipate the Moto G7 to arrive with it next year. Of course, this is speculation at this time, and Motorola could launch wireless charging first on a completely different device.

The recently leaked Moto G7 renders flaunt a reflective rear surface as well, hinting at a glass rear that is perfect for wireless charging. The renders also show a waterdrop-shaped notch, thin bezel at the bottom for embedding the Motorola logo. At the rear, the Moto G7 is seen sporting a dual camera set up with the sensors stacked horizontally, and a fingerprint scanner sitting below the lens setup. The back of this Moto G7 appears to be extremely reflective and is tapered at the edges for greater grip.

Previous leaks imply the Moto G7 will sport a 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) screen, an octa-core SoC that could function as Snapdragon 660, coupled with 4GB of RAM. The dual rear camera setup at the back is speculated to have a 16-megapixel main detector plus a 5-megapixel secondary detector. The renders show the availability of a 3.5mm headphone jack, along with a USB Type-C interface which sits alongside the loudspeaker grill. It’s said that the Moto G7 will measure 157×75.3x8mm, although its own camera bump may make it 9.5mm thick complete.
